Miguel is a junior associate at Ángel Múnera. He holds a law degree from EAFIT University with a concentration in corporate law.

As a member of the Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions team, he advises domestic and foreign clients on corporate and transactional matters.

Before joining Ángel Múnera, he worked at Villegas & Villegas Abogados, where he gained experience in civil procedure, civil liability, and insurance.
