Simón is a partner at Ángel Múnera. Before joining the firm, he was the director of the labor law, social security, and immigration law practice at Contexto Legal. He has divided his professional practice between working at major private-sector companies and teaching. He has more than 10 years of experience advising and representing businesses in labor-related legal matters.

Simón advises various companies on resolving labor disputes and on strategic planning for labor relations. In addition, he has represented various companies in court in both ordinary and special proceedings within the labor jurisdiction.

He is a member of the Labor Lawyers Association.
