Daniela is an associate of Ángel Múnera since 2018. She is a lawyer from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana and a specialist in business law from Universidad Externado de Colombia.

As a member of the Real Estate Law, Corporate Law, Corporate Transactions and Wealth Management team, he advises domestic and foreign clients on real estate, trust and corporate matters.

His focus is, among others, on: (i) structuring and developing projects in the real estate, hotel and agricultural sectors; (ii) assisting families and family offices in wealth management; (ii) drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, capitalizations, and other related matters; and (iii) drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
